what a handsome fellow! I was playing around with blue/purple galaxies recently too ^_^ it's a lot of fun, and so neat to see the different ways they can be incorporated. This picture has such a lovely, calm, zen feeling to it <3 like an old nature spirit from a bygone age, standing where his people once roamed over lush forests and grassy plains; but the planet has turned, time has moved on, and now only desert remains. Yet he, the last remnant of what came before, still stands watching over the land and sky, waiting for the wheel of time to turn once more.

What a nice coincidence. I rarely draw any space related art so I also agree that this kind of thing was fun to do. ^^ A bit challenging perhaps but still fun, haha!
I love your interpretation, fits perfectly for this imagine in my opinion. Imagine if one could see this lonely fella walking far in the distance and stopping only for a moment to look at you.
