I dunno, but I kinda like the idea of Shitai being a zombie... he can vary from being "pretty" to being just plain creepy. Just like the rest of the game, he's up for free interpretation! ^^

Haha, people are very divided it seems, on the topic of Shitai. Some people argue he's not very important because he's just dead on the street and doesn't trigger any events (besides the gaining the Stoplight), and others think he's important because he's one of the four or five humanoid characters.
