Super edgy, but that's my thing. 
Proooobably the same Twilight that killed Celestia, if the dialogue up there wasn't any indication. Real quick explanation: Twilight is corrupted for reasons I won't explain, she kills Celestia, Sunset returns to Equestria and defeats Twilight with her remaining friends, and then about a hundred-ish years pass, give or take.
Now she, Sunset, and Luna are an awkward dysfunctional family, with Luna giving Twilight un-approving glares whenever they're in the same room. The Moon never forgives, 'Sparkle!
Didn't re-create the background again, Orin's laziness knows no boooounds.
