The hair part of her quirk was the result of her absorbing her twin in the womb (it was supposed to be her twin’s but she gained it when she absorbed it) so her quirk was only supposed to be the 2 mouths and the strong digestion. She was informed about this and she felt really bad about “eating” her twin
Quirk description:
Name: Futakuchi-onna / two mouths
Kalieva’s quirk allows her to manipulate the strands of her hair to attack/defend, she can re grow them at a fast rate and change its length. Her hair is 3x stronger than the average person’s. But to use her hair she must keep her 2nd mouth fed frequently, the 2nd mouth’s strength can chew through metal and she can even digest un-edible items, and is immune to food poisoning and some poisons in general. If she ever fails to eat the requirement her hair will grab on to the nearest objects (including living) and pull it into the 2nd mouth to be eaten, it will do this until it’s full and she has no control over it.
