Description
This is my first entry for the Creatures of 9 contest (which is going to be an awesome movie)

The main concept first stemmed from a spider, after which I thought of a weapon to base the creature off of, and a catapult came to mind. The head is a scrap of metal full of wires, and the neck itself is the counterweight of the catapult spoon. The body is like a hip flask, guarded by another piece of metal in the front to add defense and bulk. The flask holds most of the creature, and is the heaviest part of it. The four legs on the sides are for moving, and the front and back pairs of legs are for close combat, and for loading the catapult respectively.

This was a very quick sketch, and I hope to submit something better. I also hope my scanner starts working soon. :/
