you need to install UXtheme multipatcher(ask to your google to find it
then..just copy & paste the folder Lamina Blue in your Windir>Resources>themes...finally load it by your system properties ...appeareance tab...

rigth the program is Lclock,but the font i used in the screenshot is HandelGotDLig(it's shareware,but there are some free incomplete versions).......Google it
