I always love Top hats with animals. Fluttershy deserves to have one from the bottom of my heart.This was done with Chalk Pastel and a lot of Fixative... A LOT. lost track into how long this work was put into. If I had to guesstimate; perhaps 2 hours. Massive distractions when you are doing a certain project for some reason... it really stinks.
