Sooo, yeah. I've been wanting to do a father/daughter picture like this.
I like that junk. And, not to go all "Scent of Fresh Lemons" on all you guys' butts, but, MAN, I sketched this out on Photoshop unconsciously, and when I looked at it for a while, and got all sappy, like "Oh, I used to ride on my dad's shoulders like that all the time and Irememberthatonetimewhen askjfnarvjankjvad... etc."

So. I guess this one's dedicated to my dad? I.... guess? Even though he gets mad when I draw anime. Especially characters that aren't mine. XDD
I want to color this, but I need to get good at making color palettes instead of using the normal colors like everyone else, and get a good coloring technique for it. D8
I also wish I could draw proper hands. DX
AND MY COMPUTER SCREEN MUST BE DISTORTED OR SOMETHING, BECAUSE EVERY TIME I PUT UP A PICTURE I DREW STRAIGHT ON THE COMPUTER, I'TS UNNATURALLY SKINNY. !#@%$%&ergrtHESRFGJFSEFGJWE245%$ySFGA4tRUG!!!!! IT DIDN'T LOOK THAT THIN ON MY COMPUTER!!

Honestly, I wouldn't nitpick due to how the style is. The giant eyes are rather expressive.

Phoenix's shoulders look really solid and broad and stuff here--have you been working on drawing guys lately or something?

XDD Actually, ever since Leeness told me my girls looked like guys with boobs, (LOL) I finally figured out how to draw guys!! 
And Lemons is my new favorite phrase. I use it as often as possible.

I didn't really notice the skinniness, but I always thought Little!Trucy was kind of scrawny... and Nick is just Nick.

Aww, this is such a sweet...erm...scent of fresh lemons moment. They look so...happy. And I hate when my computer craps up like that and changes the size of things. >> And you're dad should be glad that you're drawing, no matter what it is. At least you aren't doing drugs or something.

Yeah, I was just trying to think of a color that was sort of light and calm, sorta happy I guess. So yeah, pale pink or something would work for young Trucy.
