when i was like 4 (before i came to canada) i spoke tagalog, ilongo, knew how to read, write and speak some mandarin and knew basic english. then i moved into canada. i went from jolly friendly toddler to completely MUTE (the shock too stronk T^T) so my teacher advised my parents speak english at home, and that's the story of how i lost my native languages. Β :c

Lucky you, idk what it's like to be bilingual (or know more than 2 languages) oh it took a while to be more open even after i wasn't mute xD and i've visited philippines like 5 times since then. i love that place with a passion. the food, the beaches/pools, the people!
