EDIT: I really hate this now. I made a newer version, but I made a Before and after meme, and I just decided to keep it.

A string leads from each of its wrists, from the top of its feet, from the crown of its bowed head. Silver strings, like so many strands of hair, so thin one can hardly see them unless standing in just the right light. And then, only then, its strings, oh how they shine.

And they connect…where? Ah, but I know. Of course, it's obvious. The one holding the strings is me. Its strings, wrapped tightly around my fingers, threaded in knots that cannot be undone.

And yet you try so hard to cut those strings, to deny their existence, to pretend that you're in control. But don't you see? A puppet is just that. Dancing around on a stage with no will of its own, cursed to do as its master commands. A puppet cannot cut its own strings.

Now, I'll let you in on a secret…

You are the puppet.

These are your strings.

And as for me…

I am your puppet master.

Go check out her stories. Every last one of them. They're sooo good. Mostly she does Bakura fanfic (What? I totally couldn't tell that from the name...), but there's also some Yugi, Yami, Malik, ect. in there. There's no Yaoi or anything like that, so go check it out. NOW!!!!

So, I was really bored, so I started exploring Bakura fan fic. Most of it was meh until I can across one called "To Die Alone" (sooo sad.) It was really good, so I explored more. Then I came across one called "Puppet Master" I just had this... vision, I suppose you'd say. Flash of inspiration? You get what I mean....

So this drawing was born. I wanted to make Bakura (the Yami) more dramatically leaning backwards, but that made his head way too small, and leaning him forwards (gotta love transformation on photoshop...) make him look too skinny. So I just tilted him back nearly imperceptibly. I just loved drawing Ryo (the Hikari) like that. So vacant and unfeeling... Makes me squee!

P.s. If you see anything wrong with the Millennium Ring, let me know. I blew up a picture of it, and I think I did pretty well, but... What do I know?
