I'm still not sure what to say about this one and I have had lots of days to think about my artist comment (due to bad weather which made the sky so very grey and dark that a photo looked horrible)
it's a drawing with two sides for me;
at first I was searching with this drawing for a certain mood, a certain background, certain colours, certain style, that I've been searching for a long time. I best know 'what' I want to draw, when I listen to some music from (for example) Wendy Rule or Within Temptation (at the time they made no poppy goth music. I prefer their music from the album 'mother earth') and a few songs from Blackmore's Night (their music with beautiful, haunting melodies. and not the... crappy stuf xD) With this drawing I'm just trying to get closer to my own inner world, to the places and colours that are in my memories and imagination.
at second, a story grew while creating this drawing. And I'm not sure to put it here (and it's not in English so it wouldn't be very effective). It is very emotional for me. It has got to do with the ankh and the light in her hand.
the drawing doesn't really feel complete for me without the story I wrote, but it makes me sigh (the story isn't exactly 'sad', but just very... aaargh I don't know. it is just very heavy for me) so for now I won't put the story here. Maybe later.
Please just see it a drawing about life.

Yet again, I love the colours, the whole background. There's a soft, dreamy, symbolic feel to it, truly like a window into another's soul.
What are the media used here? It looks to me like coloured pencils on really rough paper (or plywood or something). It makes for a really nice texture either way.

This is very lovely. It tells a story all on its own....Your story would be nice to hear, but if it is personal it is best for yourself. I wouldn't be able to read it, my not-so-smart mind can only comprehend English

the colors are wonderful....the feel of nature around her and great intrigue evoked with the ankh and the light....I'd love to hear about the story that was inspired in you from this image...do you think you will ever be able to share it with us someday? Do you think a version in English would translate properly? It sounds very interesting~

This is just awesome. And by awesome I don't just mean beautiful in the way it "looks". It's also beautiful in the feeling it gives you.. The atmosphere it creates. In addition, I think that since drawings are supposed to express the artist, they should BE part of themselves.
