Description I have this little A6 bright yellow Moleskine notebook from the Van Gogh museum which my neighbour gave me YEARS ago... it's just been hanging around for ages, and today I decided to pick it up and do something with it.
Since I've been having problems with creativity, ideas, and artistic ability when it comes to my art for school (which is getting to be a bit of a problem) I decided that having a small place to sketch small stuff down, do small paintings or drawings just to get myself into an arty kind of mood, and keep thinking creatively, will help! Afterall even if I'm doing something completely unrelated to my school studies, there's no telling where I might some form of inspiration ~

This is sort of random, and i know the whole ripping paper thing has been done maybe a few times too often
But I just kind of drew whatever came to mind.
The eye behind it is mine, although.... it's just an eye So i suppose it doesn't really make much difference ~

Do you think? That's interesting. I modelled it on my own, though, and I tend to wear a perpetually anxious expression, so maybe that's why.

The shading here is really nicely done! It definitely gives the impression of the torn paper slightly curving upwards. The detail of the iris is great, too.
