ugliness... i've spent so many nervous on this drawing- and there's nothing i've got in the end. i mean...i've spoiled it all! i hate it) BUt...i hope to do something good in the next time....forgive me Kyo.

i've sold the only ONE painting)) if people buy your art then you're good artist i think) but if you are hard on yourself it's much better than to be too self-satisfied

i have nearly same problems sometimes when doing artwork. it looks amazing when i finish my outlines but during colouring, damn then thought comes "fuck i've spoiled it now… how can i fix this?"
But i guess we should live with it and still practise more and more to get better. it's very rare that I'm really content with my work.
To come to your one now: i really really love the way your colouring. I'm not a fan of colourfull at but for some reason I'm alyways stunning at yours! And the idea with 10 arms - amazing! also a wonderful idea to choose the arms of the other bandmembers. I had to look twice for noticing that xD

there was a time when i used only a pencil and i was scared of colors. but i was impressed by Marilyn Manson's watercolors and decided to try doing it too)
also it was Sawayaka- an artist who i found here on DA, somehow her works have changed me)

I think this is a problem that most of artists have...
I have so many, many ideas in my head, but I don't have enough skills to transfer this on paper in the way I want it to look. I started to be very critical about my art and look, my gallery is empty now 
Some people are so talented and skilled that they really should upload here whatever they create and you are in this group

you know, the one of the best things for me- is looking at my favorite artist's works and understanding how they get this effects? why do i stare speechless?? sometimes it helps. and you run to draw your own picture, you try to create something that can make you feel the same! but.... you can't of course...that's why i always say- I'M STUPID!!!) it's useless to try for me. but...i believe in YOU.
and try to upload here all your drawings because how can you guess which is the best one? sometimes people loves "the worst" works that you really hate)

Yeah, but since few months I feel "artistically paralysed" I'm even afraid to start drawing, I don't want to waste another expensive piece of paper or a board. All those paints are just waiting for the better times...

I dun see where you see all faults, but I think it really looks great... I love the way you played with the colours of the tentacles, and how you drew all hands in another position.. Maybe if I had to point something out, it would be that maybe you could improve a little bit on the face, but otherwise this piece of artwork really looks gorgeous... ^^

What I see is not ugliness, but beauty. You may feel that it isn't at all good, but really, from other peoples points of views it's beyond amazing.
I feel the same with all my art. I'm not too happy with it. Your art is gorgeuos though. I love this piece & it caught my attention right away.
Flaws in a picture is what makes it beautiful in itself & I really think this one is amazing. The colours, detail- everything. Great job!
P.S. I'm a fan of your art now. You have so many beautiful pieces, yet eerie & disturbing. I love it

it seems like head and body are taken from the different people. i don't like colors and and the whole work. it's dirty.
