Wait, I worded that first bit really poorly. I'm not being hard on my art again. I'm just saying that you should make sure that your attempted badness be noticeable and actually bad, and not just some subtle difference that would detract from the quality but otherwise leave your art looking good as usual.

I'm putting way too much thought into something that I really shouldn't be.

It could be. Just make sure that you find a nice median. Don't make its badness too subtle. It'd be upsetting if your "horrible" deviation turned out better than my stuff.

His eyes look like they're too close together, and his nose seems angled oddly. If his face is angled downward, shouldn't his nose be angled downward as well?

I don't even know. I just know that it looks kinda funky.
