Description Well, since playing "Batman: Arkham Asylum" I've been burning to do a Batman themed picture. The basic idea is a lose combination of the 1989 movie, the "Animated Series" intro and the intro of the game. The "Wayne Tower" can be seen in the game and I tried to get close to that.

Amazing Job!! after looking at this it would be hard to get a greater picture of the Batmobile going on the road, its amazing how you mixed the different images together, you've got a great perspective of it, keep working like that

Oh this turned out great, love the composition and some of the details (like the reflection of the headlights on the road). Cool!

And cool title too

Thank you. I'm glad you noticed the little details such as light reflections (rear lights, too)!

Yeah the rear lights I noticed too - although I think its not really allowed to have white rearlights!?

The white-ish comes from the turbine exhaust. There is red as well!

Still, traffic police would totally pull him over.

They'd first have to catch him!

He's a dude dressed as a giant BAT. Not really an everyday sight. They catch him buying groceries.

Very cool. I like the looks of this. Although I was used to the Bat man of the 70's with it's humor. These new ones keep in context of the original comic.

Thanks. Yeah, the original 60s show was quite funny, but I prefer a more serious take on Batman with the odd hint of dark cynicism. But I guess the combination is important!

It took me a while to get used to the dard ones. I also on one of the last ones it got to gory.

Well, it's difficult. If you take, for example, the four "main" Jokers, Cesar Romero from the 60s, Jack Nicholson from '89, Heath Ledger from 2008 and then, of course, the voice of the Joker in the Animated series, Mark "Luke Skywalker" Hamil. They are all very different, but each to their own also valid. Some are funny, some are dark, some are both. But it works!

Yeah but I think the one that made me quesy was the Tom Curse Bat man one. To gross. I don't like the realy desturbing. I think michle keeton was the funniest Batman even tough dark so I liked that one. But he didn't fit the part. Cloony was the closest to Batmans looks.

Did Tom Cruise do a Batman as well? Apart from Adam West I only know of Michael Keaton, Val Kilmer, George Clooney and then Christian Bale (plus Kevin Conroy in the animated series). I liked the movies with Keaton. They had the right balance between dark and funny/crazy. Typical Tim Burton.

Keaton had this deep thoughtfulness and pain that only Christian Bale really managed to show to an extend. But then new movies are far more set for action rather than story telling (for the most part).

Ohh I am not sure I just know it was to gory for me. It was called the DARk Night and He was a little man. I assumed he was Cruse.

Ah. "The Dark Knight" was "Batman Begins 2" so to speak. That was Christian Bale. It was quie sinister. Dunno about gory, but I have quite a tolerance for those things.
