Looks really good! The only thing that seems a little off is how much hair she has, seems like a lot if that's how big it is just when it's flowing around. Also I think the Pegasus wing thingies could have been a little bit bigger. But it's mostly just nit-picky stuff like that, everything else is really nice. Side note: It always makes me kind of sad how Cordelia can't be paired with Chrom, since he comes up in pretty much every support conversation, she obviously adores him, and the summer scramble xenologue conversation between them is just so adorably hilarious.
