Impressive. Wspaniała technika. To mi nasunęło skojarzenia z arystorkacją, muszkieterami, kardynałem Richelieu. Ciekawy koncept na wykonanie tego w technice fotorealistycznej w 3d i np. V-Ray'u.

A 3D- w którym skądinąd jestem zielona - wydaje mi się trudniejsze od malowania, wymodelować od A do Z te wszystkie przedmioty z detalami...

Terpentine is cheaper than turpentine, so I use it a lot.

your work with oils is excellent. however, since this is an acrylics painting and i understand the difference in the mediums i want to ask you if you mix the colors while painting (eg. do you build a palette) or do you paint in layers?

(Im not sure if I understood your question correctly, so if my response is not what you meant, please tell me.)
I mix colours on a palette, but I don't paint alla prima. First I use flat, unshaded colours and then I make it gradually more precise (in few layers).
