and now to present to you my latest animal obsession, the gulper eel...one of the creepiest, weirdest and most intriguing inhabitant of the deep, dark parts of the ocean....
(too much BBC Blue Planet and marine biology...)
yeah, I know the one in the drawing isn't accurate, let's skip that part.... I just wanted to have a play of shadows...
besides, you knew I had to have a deviation in my gallery with that name
.... case closed....no, really, since nobody caught the kiriban, at least I wanted to make something for you guys... now almost 7k, heh....
and thanks for your comments, lately I've been kind of lazy with the replying... not to worry, I'll be back

When i was a sweet little girl in middle school, I used to draw creepy deep sea fishes, including the gulper eel! So creepy, so cool.

it seems they they are somewhat related, being in the same class, though different order....
though I find the deep sea relative of the gulper eel, the swallower eel, to be much more disturbing and gruesome that both gulper and moray combined.... besides the fact it is some freaking 1,6m long....
