Yes, that is a papercraft of Delibird, which is the Santa Claus PokΓ©mon. Lots of people don't know that, but he doesn't have a bag, it's his tail that he use and hide things in it... so he can throw them to people later on :\crappy picture as usual, let's hope next time I'll actually have a real photobox to take some worthy pictures.
