I drew this pic last year. She is Millia Rage from Gulity Gear X/XX/X2/Isuka (not the original GG since the her outfit was different back then). GGXX is one of my favourite games of all time and it is the only fighting game that I actually spent heaps of time practising on. Millia is my best and favourite character in the game.
