They’d taken two years to build and less than two minutes for Antoine to turn them into rubble. He’d always been one of those kids that liked to run along the beach and stomp other kids sandcastles flat, and that was probably the only thing he’d never outgrown. He’d been planning this right from the day he noticed them building the foundations, and it had been tough to keep away and not go and toy with all the construction workers and their "heavy" equipment, but this had been much more fun, waiting until the last residents had moved in, paying millions for their luxury apartments and filling them with all the latest gear. Some of them got down and begged him to spare the buildings, others threatened to call their lawyers, like they really thought that was going to do anything. They soon shut up when he rammed his big fists deep inside the buildings and gave them a playful shake, sending the penthouse suites sliding off the top, crashing to the ground, and dozens of the floor to ceiling windows went too, more than a few residents who were too close going with them. It was obvious the buildings were much weaker than he expected and it would be over soon, but Antoine had had a long wait and he was going to have his fun anyway.
