I read this Pokemon guide on fanfiction where the writer (in the guise of a Professor) states that  Dark-types are the most romantic Pokemon in spite of their penchant for trickery. 

As for William ending up a romantic, maybe he'll approach a certain Buizel first. Hehe~

I've been thinking about it for hours after you said it, but I really have no idea of how to approach the concept! I'd have to talk to Sundance about it~
Someone said they picture Will being a lone wolf, so it's hard to say what will happen to him.
But, that little thing you read is really awesome! I like that idea a lot.

Organo and Will actually would have considered joining the Rescuers.
When William arrived in Tao, his instructions were specifically to join the Rogues, however.

Therefor, relationships with Rescuer teams would be a great advantage.

Cool! In actuality, Kaito's skill set befits the Rogues but he chose to join the Rescuers to make up for his past; therefore, I expect Will and Oregano to immediately hit it off with Kaito then. Kaito is from Jipang so he does have some knowledge about different brews of tea that Oregano does not know of yet.
