Description
Characters from my Wind Jazz story.He's a panda with a red panda/raccoon tail that lets him fly a la super mario 3 :]
Hopefully I'll be shedding more light on this project later on this year.

I have to admit- I clicked on this solely because I wanted to figure out who would have a name like 'Wax'. Really very odd, when you think about the names that cartoon characters are given- anyways, all I could gather was that it was some kind of experiment gone wrong that ended in the merging of this green elf/computer/pacifier. Clarify, please?
