Remember the WIP I posted like a year ago? The one with the bird that I changed colors like adhakdladfljar;;j freaking times? the bird was even GREEN at one point in time... This --> [link] ? YEAH, I FINALLY FINISHED~~!! WHOOT!!! XDD Actually, pretty much after I posted the WIP, I kinda.. quitted working on it until today, I found it in one of my folders. HAR HAR HAR--- it was ripped D: From the WIP to the finished one (now) that's what I did TODAY. That and another picture which will explain why my red is dying but that's not until next time.

Anyhoo, the concept of this came from the saying of 'Why the caged bird sings' I'm not gonna voice it but rather I want you to tell me what you think it means Makes life a bit more entertaining to hear the opinion of others

Also, the reason why it took so darn long (a year sheesh) was because of an art block... @_@ I didn't know what to draw next -.-'' But it was today when my brother was going on and on about foreground/background and some other stuff he learned at college that I wanted to draw something like that.. ish :\ Also, I wanted to spite my old art teacher... He was the one who wanted the cage D:

Oh, btw, can you tell where I messed up? ;3 I bet you five dollars you'll know where (the hair is not it.. that's just because back then I didn't ink as well as I do now.. D:

Used: Prismacolor Markers, Copic Sketch marker, and a white paint marker, Acetone

EDIT::: I forgot that I wanted to add some tips into this..

You see in the right corner of the sky? The blotches? Yeah, that's the result of me spilling some acetone (nail polish remover) Guess what? You can use that the same way you can with a colorless blender~! (Also alcohol and handsanitizer) For the sky, I used the acetone to revive my marker by adding drops of acetone to the nib and angling it in a way so that the 'juice' goes to the bottom--where you can color. And that's pretty much how you can revive it..
