This su painting started out origionaly as one of my sketch videos, but I didn't like the other sketches so I never published it. The only one that I though was any good was this garnet one where she holding / carrying ruby and sapphire.
I was not smart, and deleted the video of me drawing this out , that's why it's missing. -_-
As for the painting part, I really like how the yellow and gray behind Garnets head makes her pop out. Looking back though, I really don't like how ruby and sapphire came out. They look a little durpy. However, I really love how garnet came out .
I can't wait for the new Steven boom. The preview made it look so cool, and I always get excited for new gems. This gives you so many more gem fusions to make. Plus, I love the insight into homeworlds culture, and this looks like a really good su ark.

I was going for a more cutesy style for ruby/ sapphire to contrast garnet, but yeah, I made rubys head to big a sapphires too small.
