I don't have any special tips. Just keep your camera with you as often as possible and take a lot of photos, and by looking at your gallery, I guess you already do that.

Beautiful! London had a major river/canal like this three hundred years ago - the River Fleet, which branched off the Thames where Blackfriars Bridge now stands (there is a wonderful picture by Canaletto of it).

Vihti was beautiful. I went to a camp there with some friends from Espoo. The air is so much cleaner than where I live in Houston, Texas.
The U.S. is a good place to visit. At least, my Finnish friends had a good time here.

oh yeah. California is amazing. If I could afford to I would live there. Much better music scene there too than Texas. Although most of my favorite bands are European, so really Europe's music scene is better anyways.

Wow, this is such a coincidence! My friend, Karlee, actually just arrived in Helsinki. She's going to be living in Turku for a year as an exchange student. This photograph is just gorgeous! It reminds me of the canals in Valencia. The exposure and colors in this is just amazing! Are those real birds on the lamps? Or are they part of the lamp?
sidenote: I'm also an exchange student and I'll be going to Rio de Janeiro, RJ, Brasil.
