I have to say, for my photos I usually prefer sunshine, blue sky and fluffy white clouds, but your photo of the Tower Bridge looks simply amazing with those dark, rainy clouds. It also seems there is a slight mist surrounding the bridge while you were able to catch the bridge itself sharp and clear. It gives the whole photo a feeling of old days during the time when Tower Bridge was still young. I love this photo very much, a well done picture.

The atmosphere is mystical! The simplicity and the lightning make this look 'sophisticated' and the perspective of the bridge and blue and green color parts stands out. It kinda looks like there are different layers here when the fence and the chairs in front are dark and the background is light but it looks cool.
