Blah. Group shots are kind of a pain... It's a good thing Rufus has at least two guys who are a little more capable... not lovestruck or drunk on the floor... Was anyone else a little weirded out by the difference between the Turks in ff7 the game and ff7: AC? I mean... Reno used to look like a crack addict... no seriously. o.o and he killed all those people in one of the sectors of Midgar... And... >.> I think it would have been funny to see Rude hit on Tifa or something... I think Reno was the only Turk who didn't have a crush on anyone... Rude liked Tifa... Elena liked Tseng(obviously), and Tseng liked Aeris, right? And I'd also like to know how exactly Tseng and Rufus defied death >.> and still looked so pretty in AC. Rufus was in an exploding building and all he got was an (sexy)eyepatch? He must've been carrying around a lot of potions or something...Related content

Aw! Cat Tseng!!!!! ^^ It's so adorably awesome!!! btw I heard something about Tseng getting FullLife materia from Verdot. Heh not sure if it's true though. Besides it's Tseng - - they try to kill him three times in Crisis Core alone..... As for Rufus, he's magical :3

Another theory as to how they all survive when they should be dead, is that Tseng lied to President Shinra when he said that he killed all the playable Before Crisis Turks, and that they come in behind scenes to help Rufus and the Turks.

They're all possible theories. I just think squeenix probably didn't think things through that far. Everything after the game has seemed like an add-on or an "Oh wait, just kidding, THIS is what really happened," kind of thing instead of a well thought out plot.
*shrug* The original will always be my fav, no matter how good the new graphics are.

I figured that the Turks got to Rufus quickly enough to help him, and that he was smart enough to dive under the desk for some protection (not much, but protection is protection.) the blast also could have thrown him back into a sheltered area like a stairwell as well. As for Tseng... i have no theory to how he lived. All i can say, is that the Turks and Rufus are like cockroaches, their incredibly hard to kill. As for the difference in Reno... look at the difference in Rufus. Mr. I'll-rule-the-world-with-fear, turned into Mr. I-have-to-become-a-good-guy.

It's cool!! And you've got a point about Reno not having a crush on any girl in FF7!! I mean COME ON!! He could've easily got a crush on Tifa!!! But then again, Rude wouldn't like that! But it's like Reno has no interest in women!! (I'm not saying that he's gay!!!) But people MIGHT get that impression...

Gotta love kitty Turks. And as for how Rufus survived.....I've just taught myself not to question it, and accept that people wanted Tseng and Rufus to still be alive. It helps me get through the movie, especially since I do like Rufus.

Reno doesn't need to crush on anyone. His one true love is alcohol. And about Tseng's "death", if you talk to him again after that little scene at the entrance he'll say "I'm still alive". So if he was still living when Cloud and co went in, assuming it probably took at least a couple hours to get through that temple, someone (like Elena) could easily have come back and found Tseng. Hence he lived.

The reason why we thought that Tseng was dead was a translation error but it's fixed in the PC versoin of the game
