wat.you had no idea. admit it.
YOU HAD NO INKLING THAT I LIKED METROID. Well, honestly, I didn't even know about it until a month or two ago, when I found we had Metroid Fusion on our 3DS, and I've been secretly enjoying it ever since.
Going against my usual brand of artwork, sketched this up cause I was bored. I was originally going to make it Chris wearing the suit, but then I decided to just draw Samus, 'cause she's kickass and awesome
This is more of a concept that anything, and I highly doubt I'll ever clean it up, but it was certainly fun, none the less! Enjoy~

in the vision:4.5 even when it seems all perfect i can see some position defects on samus,yet after that all seems good,the shadings are well used colors seems good too,i dont remember if the crteature had that type of eyes but now i detected on it a defect it should be more notable the iris reaction,because normaly in those types of eyes the iris seems like a little line or else
originality:5 i see you draw is well done,you made the original game look well in this,and gave that original feel in this pict from the game
technique:5 i see the use of the diferent techniques of drawing all in peace,the details are very good and i know they were probably a hell to turn from the bits desing to a draw(i have done that too) and everything just look perfect
impact:5 as i said before it gives the impact that feels in the game,and its very well done,i can say that is one of the good art i watched on this day it just looks perfect
well in a resume from it i can say that you had took your time doing it and as for do this well detailed drawing,i must say i like it,and you have won my fav

Thanks so much for this! I can see what you mean about the pose problems. I was kind of working with limited space, so it didn't exactly turn out as I had wanted originally. Thanks for the advice on the foe, too.

Yeah, I'm really enjoying it so far. I haven't played Super yet, but I have started playing Other M, and I'm really enjoying it as well. I know a lot of people complain about how she talks too much, but I honestly kinda like it. It gives you kind of an idea of what she's like as a person, besides that stoic side of her that we all know and love.
I've also just started playing the Prime games as well, but I'm not very far.

My favorite Metroid game, but Zero Mission is in close second, as for the other entries... Ive stopped tryng to play the First Person games, and Ive barely touched Super Metroid.

Yeah, I'm definitely enjoying it. I'd like to play some of the first-person games, actually, just for the experience, and I've also heard Zero Mission is good, so I'll probably play that too. Agh, so many games to keep track of!
