Is it just me, or do all Anime characters seem to look the same but with different hairstyles and chest sizes?

eh sometimes, like there are alot of comparisons between some character types, like...:
-Terra(KH:BbS)/Zack(Crisis Core)/Sasuke
-Tifa/Orihime
-Sakura/Kallen(or Karen, from CG)
I could go on for a while, but the point's made. Anyway, there ARE alot of recycled figure-types, but there are also alot of different looks, so yes, and no as well XP
You could try to make your own set though if it'll make you feel better lol

well this one isn't my work obviously, so it's likely just a custom drawing or comission someone did here on DA or on some other art site, you could probably find it if you know what it's called (sadly I don't know though
