Description

Three out of the four original clans have perished. It has been only three months since the world went cold. Our former leader received one last omen before hypothermia claimed his life.

“The frost was setting in, Owlskriek, we knew this was coming. First flash, then wail, rain, and finally brine, it has been foretold the clans will fail...” He paused for a long time. His breathing was labored and painful “I have spoken no one, but star clan is failing as well. They are abandoning the rest of you. Death is imminent. Brine Clan will be ended by the dead moon silently and swiftly…” He made an effort to lift his head and look around, “I will see you all soon.”

And with that he was gone. Owlshriek stood there for a moment in shock. He was telling the truth. This was end game. Only one more moon to go.

As I was drawing this picture I was trying to figure out why they all looked so confused, my original idea that they were panicking because it was snowing didn't make much sense because it's probably always snowing, so I was thinking this was the start of the blizzards and when it did first start snowing when it wasn't supposed to!

I really enjoyed this project a lot, and I think it really turned out super awesome!
This is one of the first times I've ever worked with SAI and I really do love it. Some of the features it offers are a bit awkward, but I'm sure I'll get used to it.
I did a lot of switching up between PS and SAI while working on this. The sketch was done in PS along with the effects, but everything else was done in Sai.

but this is also a thank you to everyone for 86 whole watchers!
