any local professional makeup store ( not like sephora or walgreens) should have it available. you might be able to find it at some local halloween stores. If not you can purchase it online , IT comes in braids, that need to be heckled and ventilated before you use it, I also like to mix 3-4 colors into mine for a more realistic look
