Hi there! Going to do my best to send you some feedback.
First, what a cute photo! The adorable sweater makes the bear seem even sweeter. I think there's an interesting contrast between the foreground and background - the foreground is soft, light colors while the background is dark and very vivid. Nice work in choosing your scene!
What really caught my eye here was the bokeh in the background. I'm assuming they were lights? Anyways, they add a lot of color and texture to the photo which is a great thing. However, the way they're used with the composition is actually rather distracting to the eye. The bear is supposed to be the main focus, but instead my eyes are drawn immediately to the bokeh..
Which brings me to the composition.
I like your idea with positioning the bear towards the bottom, but the angle isn't quite right. I can't see the bear's face, so there really isn't much to look at. Perhaps you could've sat the bear up a little straighter, facing the camera, and zoomed in. I think this would've made the composition more visually dynamic. I would also use the rule of thirds, and this would help the bokeh in the background to add to the photo, rather than take away, because suddenly the bear is definitely the main focus. Does that make sense?

It took me quite a lot of time to prepare the setting so that I could get as close as possible to what I imagined.
Well, you're right about the lights. I wanted to take a photo with them so probably somewhere in the process I forgot what I wanted to be the focal point and I mixed it ^^" Sometimes I'm too eager.
I tried putting the lights a bit more far away to make them more blurred but it didn't work. Maybe I'll keep experimenting and finally get better.
The problem with the bear's face is that it isn't much visible anyway. I took some photos with another figure and it looks better but the colours don't match so well so I decided to publish this one.
By saying about the rule of thirds you mean that the bokeh should be 1/3 or 2/3 of this photo?

I think you did pretty well considering! Just experiment a lot - I usually take over a 100 pictures of just one thing/pose, like my horse's eye or face.
