My FE tactician again, Zaterin!
She's so happy, look at how happy she is. Heck, I feel happy every time I look at this picture. XDI was trying something new with this, coloring on top of pencil instead of just flatting it. I rather like the results, so I think I'll do it again....hopefully soon. ^o^

Oho, I love that technique as well - colouring over pencil sketches/scans! It's such a lovely effect here Panny, you did such an awesome job! The expression is super adorable and the details of the costume too!
