This is a very lovely sketch, though I have a few comments.
My main concern is the presentation of the work. I feel as if the "body" portion (the neck/chest/not dress portion) seems to fall a little flat/disjoint from the rest of the beautifully done intricate clothing folds. Second of all, although I realize the limitations of scanning/taking pictures of "real world" sketches, try to find a better means of capturing the sketch. Right now it just seems gray and muddy. Finally, watch the dimensions of the deviation; notice how there is a lot more "space" near the top of the deviation then the bottom--this makes the presentation seem lopsided or "off".
There's really nothing wrong in terms of technical skills, I just think a few tweeks to the presentation can do this piece wonders. Keep up the good work!
