Next up is ask Surprise done by the fantastic !

Apart from the sort of classic cartoon gags he crossovers and references a lot of what made my childhood... well, my childhood. He even refrences some current stuff that's pretty awesome.

I wanted to to do two things with this: Make a nice looking surprise painting and get some practice with a complementary color scheme. I think I did okay on both counts. Still don't really know how to paint things, but making this definitely helped a lot.
