Made by Ingo to allow her to pose as an Inkling.
It can even change colors.
But Ingo wouldn't tell how it does that.
Clothes: Octoling Armor
Feet: Octoling Boots
Standard Octoling-Gear, issued to all Octoling-Warriors.
