not mentioning that people judging don't know a damn about anorexic people and probably never saw one since she doesn't look like one of them and also the fact that it starts as a psychological problem and there are many people who actually look a little anorexic BUT are perfectly healthy

Oh I'm sorry I just thought for a moment she might be one of those "starve yourself or you're not beautiful" types. You know the shallow ones with no dignity left that don't deserve some of the respect that they receive. See if she was one of those people I wouldn't care if it were rude or not.

Not necessarily, it looks more like the table/sheet/whatever that is in the background, peaking out behind her but and between the chair brace, as for the blue, that could just as easily be the type of lens used.

I'm not trying to be rude. She just seems so skinny... Poor thing's ribs are sticking out. It just sucks so much about the impossible standards set for women nowadays.

It doesn't matter if you were trying to be rude, it's still rude. It is possible for her to be naturally thin you know. She is not a poor thing, she is a human being and she probably doesn't like being body shamed by stupid ass people on the internet who don't even know her. If she was larger you would not tell her she needs to stop eating so much so why is this acceptable? If you don't have anything intelligent to say then it's probably best to keep your mouth shut.

It doesn't matter. in a medical manor she's underweight which is highly unhealthy! I said it under concern not ignorance.

There's a fine line between being naturally thin and being underweight! I worry about people's health on both sides of the scale, and if she had a little bit of excess weight on her I'd be fucking applauding!

People's standards are ridiculous and I'm one of those few people who genuinely care. And I said she's a 'poor thing' in sympathy because It's not easy being grossly underweight. You actually become ill from it.

And for future reference my friend, the next time you read a seemingly rude comment stop and think for a moment: "Is this person actually trying to be a dick? Is he/she supposedly old enough that I can't be going around and scolding them

regardless of how little I know about their personal lives, and worldly concerns? Should I really be going around trying to start issues with someone on the same fucking side?"

I'm really not the type of person who doesn't think before I speak. And I'm really not the kind of person who likes to start unwanted conflict.

And I'm CERTAINLY not the kind of person who goes out of their way to tell them how to think or what to say!

To tap into my personal life a little, my mother is the kind of person who makes sure her kids have good self esteem. When we were young, every time we saw commercials, fashion models, she would always say something about them being

ridiculously underweight, because she was concerned that her children would grow up with poor self image. I, as well as my mother, feel as if people create phony expectations of what we're supposed to feel like, be like, look like, or act like.

And I for one am tired of seeing people destroy their bodies with starvation and self mutilation just to impress the world around them rather than love themselves. 

So how dare you accuse me of insensitivity to something that I am painfully aware of,

that I watch my small minded country pull itself apart at it's hinges every single day, just because we can't all live up to societal standards. Then call me unintelligent to add insult to injury.

You're original comment was that she needed to eat a cheeseburger. If you can't possibly see how rude and uncalled for that is then there is no use talking to you anymore. The point is you don't know this girl or her eating habits or if she's starving herself you are making assumptions based on a photograph. As much as you say you care about her weight, she could be recovering from an eating disorder and got triggered by your rude and nasty comments. Next time think before you comment and try not to be so defensive of your nasty ass rude comments
