Description Here's a unique one: 1954 Cramer Comet with a 1,350 hp supercharged aircraft V12. Link for details (Lot # 419):

I took this picture at Portola Plaza in downtown Monterey on 13 Aug 08. There are a dozen cool car events each August that provide the opportunity to see amazing exotic cars, muscle cars, antiques, and hot rods including Concours D' Elegance at Pebble Beach, Monterey Historics at Laguna Seca, the RM and Russo Steele Auction in Monterey, Italiano Concorso at former Fort Ord, Quail Lodge Concours in Carmel Valley, and others.

Cool-looking concept car...though I wonder how you get to the engine?

Wish it didn't have such tiny headlights.

that's cool! Reminds me a lot of the Fiat Turbina concept or a GM show car!

Yeah, after I Googled Fiat Turbina I see what you mean with the circular nose intake and the overall lines.  However, this Cramer Comet was huge, as big as any 1950s Big 3 cars like Cadillac Coupe deVille or El Dorado, 57 Chevy Bel Air, Buick Roadmaster, Mercury Monterey, etc.

That's insane! A road-legal Allison-powered car.

Not the most original styling I've seen though - it's almost a xerox of the 1951 Buick LeSabre concept [link]

Wow, that LeSabre concept is a radical design! And, I recognize that background. It looks like the site of the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance (right down the street from where I live). I've only been once (tix are $150) but I'll definitely go again.

I've been to the Concours d'Elegance of the Eastern United States at least twice, and I got free tickets to it one year. The 1950s were an awesome decade in automotive styling.
