Description All the WEAPONs from Final Fantasy VII. Ruby's in the background, flanked by Diamond and Emerald. Down in the foreground, we have Sapphire and Ultima.

Aren't they just fluffy-wuffy adorable?

I was thinking of adding detail to this picture, but do I do it with inks or with pencils? Vote now! Or fall forever!

really neat they made it seem like there were only 5 weapons but pretty much with Dirge of cerberus's release there was 7 .

For Omega Weapon and Jade Weapon were born. I think they go in this order from strongest to weakest.

Omega Weapon, Emerald Weapon, Jade Weapon, Ruby Weapon, Ultimate Weapon, Diamond Weapon, and Sapphire Weapon.

Sapphire weapon is never fought so, really cant judge him but seeing as how easy he was taken out by the junon cannon..but then again it WAS up close AND a head shot...overall great picture I love it.

Thanks, though I'd say Ruby Weapon was way harder than Emerald weapon, since you generally fight him one on one, versus being able to KotR and mimic over and over again.

I haven't played Dirge of Cerberus, to be honest. I'd heard it wasn't that good, so I can't speak to Jade or Omega.

DoC is good its got a good story and somewhat good line of gameplay, jade's not in it though, its only in the japan only Before Crisis, but according to itss Stats on FF wiki, it's stronger then ruby, but weaker then emerald.

LOL and if you saw Omega you'd see why hes the strongest WEAPON.

I think that if you inked the picture it would add some bold definition to it. Granted, this is coming from a girl who you well know can't draw more than a stick figure, but because of the style of this drawing, I think that ink would look excellent.

Fair enough.

My biggest concern with inking is that I'll fuck the thing up. That's the reason I scanned it before putting details in.

But I agree, the WEAPONS don't really stand out from one another without some shading thrown in there. I'll probably do a very light pencil level to get the general definition down before going for the ink, just to be sure.

Actually, I was kind of disappointed that the other four ended up covering Ruby Weapon up so much. He's my favorite, and happens to look quite sweet. Maybe he'll get his own picture some time.

Ruby was that optional one that was hiding in the desert, right? I seem to recall really disliking him (but thinking that he looked completely awesome). It's been way too long since I've played VII - after Kingdom Hearts II, perhaps I shall replay that game.

If you're concerned about messing up the drawing, why not print out a copy and practice once or twice so that you can see if it works out for you or not? That way, if you mess up, it's just on a copy, and not on the awesome original.

Yeah, he hid in the desert by the Gold Saucer. He takes out two of your party members right away (so you have to fight him 1 on 1), makes himself temporarily invulnerable by digging his claws into the desert (slowing down your assault), and responds to summons by casting Ultima (wiping you unless your evasion or magic defense is high enough).

Nasty sucker. Worthy of respect.
