Description My beloved daughter is the one who inspired me to create this painting. Fun fact is that I actually did not have a paintbrush for this but used Q-tips to create the entire painting!  In a Dr. Seuss way I created lollipop shapes. Originally I intended to use deeper shades but as I kept being distracted by my adorable little girl I decided to keep the faded colors. She is a huge fan of pastels in a family that loves the Gothic colors and decor.  My second to youngest son was also in the room, such a tiny little guy, and that was where my shades of green and blue were inspired from. In an attempt at simple contrast I added the yellow that also noted a happy moment to remember from their childhood. The hints of purple were truly a beautiful accident that added a light representation of myself among the mixture of colors in their favorites spectrum. Another one lost to the world somewhere but not among the ones lost to that disaster...hmm it would be a delight to recover.
