One practical problem: Frank Lloyd Wright built one like that in 1936 ("Fallingwater") but it was intolerably cold in the winter, and impossible to heat properly. So as attractive as the idea is, it doesn't work as well as it should.

Maybe water can be warm up by heat pump during circulation.
But the problem will be also with high humidity, unpleasant sound in a large room..
