Hello, this picture is currently my favorite as a cover for the mini-album (5 songs) I'm making and will submit to the iTunes Store.
The picture looks great and has exactly the mood the music is supposed to have.
I might release it on cd too, but that would be pretty expensive so I'm not very sure about that.
My question is: could I use the picture, and what would be the conditions?
I have no idea how many copies I'm going to sell but I'd be very happy if it were 100... If I make a physical cd, the amount will probably be 1000, but my experience is that I'd be giving away most of them...

The site is totally in Dutch, but it may give you an impression.
The album will be in English. It will sound less electronic than what's on my site and more like mainstream pop music.
Another question: would you have a wider version of the picture? Cd covers are square... If not, I'll find a nice looking solution anyway.
