I just realized he pops his claws already on this page--I commented on the next page how he should hold out till pg5/panel 4. I still think that would make it more intense, only because we all know what's coming on page 6.

For my part, I preferred to make him pops his claws that way because it adds to the fact that Logan has a wild instinct on danger...instead of the traditionnal and Β«come and get itΒ»...

That makes sense. I agree that Logan has more of a "kill first, ask questions later" type personality, so it would make sense for him to pop his claws immediately after "smelling" danger.
The way I read it was more of a 'stand-off'. The mood of the pages dictates an eerie silence, which is intensified as Hulk lands, and Wolvie and him stare each other down. By popping the claws when I suggested, it's sort of like Logan saying, "OK, let's do this"--followed by the 'roar' of approval by Hulk.
Either way, this story so far is well done, you have a wonderful style--best of luck with the submission.

Oh how exciting. I love that you have a great big panel devoted to the Hulk jumping out. Really sets up the scene and their relationship. Kudos. I think this is my favorite page so far. Keep it up.

Oh... this looks like this is going to get good. Love the build up. This makes you want to turn the page to see what's going to happen next. It would suck if this was at the end of the book.
