Info: The 81st Mechanized Division was one of the newer divisions formed in the early 1930's, based on the idea of mechanized warfare. The 81st, like most U.A.F. Army divisions will predominately fight on the Italian Front before transferring to Northern Europe after the U.A.F.'s successful surprise invasion of Denmark, where it liberated the country in three weeks, while simultaneously cutting off any reinforcements from Norway, and vice versa. Due to it's insignia, it earned the nickname "Caltrop Division".
