Overview:
Designed in 60 BBY by Blastech Weaponsmith Jorhan Vekta, the A275 was a basis for a whole new line of Blaster rifles, with minor inspiration from the DC-14A. The weapon, while not as famously known as it's successor's, proved time and time again that it was a capable weapon, seeing service on both sides of the Mandalorian Civil War, and the Mandalorian Mercenaries who didn't affiliate with either side. It saw service in the Clone Wars when it was used by Militias, commanded by Jedi that were loyal to the Republic and during the early days of the Galactic Civil War, some features of the A275 were passed on to the A280 and the A295 blaster rifles.
