How pretty! This sort of reminds me of the Marginal Way in Ogunquit, Maine. It's a walking trail connecting the beach to the town, where we can look out and see the rocks and the ocean.

I have no idea... just found them and photographed them. They seem to grow in amongst the salt bush that is all over the Cape.
