Description I always liked this guy.
Dont know exactly when I created him. But I always liked the idea of a well dressed (british and cold) killer... kinda Tarantino...

I share your interest in such a character. My serial killer/kidnapper is dressed in an intricate, full, black suit set. The overall look is British, but he's got an American accent (which sounds like no accent to me but w/e)
