I thought she looked a bit too near perfect to be entirely real! Still, the effect is pretty impressive.

Cleaned up zits, bumps, bags under the eye, stretch marks, etc. Tucked in a little chunk by the bra strap. Color balance. Darkened the background a little. Blur and diffused glow to the skin.
