This is a really good painting. Aveline looks so sad ... she might whine and complain a lot but her life would be so dull without Isabella around ^^. Those two are great together, it's like they draw strength from each other. it's the feeling I get from their banter. I really love how you did the shadow, both on the ground and on them. It looks so ... I don't know, alive somehow. Aveline and Izy are beautifully written and beautifully painted here. One of my favorite banter between them goes like this :

Aveline : You're right you know?
Isabella : About?
Aveline : It's all about knowing who you are. I am strong, beautiful and loyal. I am firm in my belief and I don't need to expose my cleavage to be attractive.
Isabella : And If I call you a big hunk of muscle with a man-face?
Aveline : Shut up whore?
Isabella : That's my girl

Damn I need to hear it again now, I know it wasn't exactly those words and it was awesome ^^

I really like this. For some reason the perspective and contrast just grab me. Plus I love the relationship between Avs and Izzy. I played a bastard Hawke on my last run. He got Avs to quit the guard, and the banter between her and Isabela after that scene came to mind when I saw this pic. It's not on the wiki but it goes something like this:

Isabela: *something about Avs resigning*
Aveline: *angry* Stop that. Stop pretending you care. You're not sorry to see me go.
Isabela: You're right. I'm not sorry to see you go.
Isabela: But I am sorry that you gave up.

Wooh, I love it ! I don't think I can make good critique with my level of drawing, but all seems very well
Aveline and Izzy ... What did we make without them ? ( And excuse me for my bad english, I'm french )
